Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind, or a wrong decision. We advise you to choose your teas wisely based on their caffeine levels and taste notes. Spoilt for choice? We want you to love your purchase as much as we love bringing them to you from the rolling hills of Kenya.


Like the quality of our teas, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we want to make it right. Drop us an email at info@kamilitea.com.au with a photo of the defect and a subject title stating your desired resolution (“Refund” or “Exchange”) within 48 hours upon receiving your product. Requests submitted outside of the 48-hour time frame will not be eligible for any refunds or exchanges. Please take note that the initial cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you’ve requested for a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. When returning your defective item, it is your responsibility to bear the shipping cost of the goods. We strongly recommend that an insured or registered postage is used for returns as we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged while in your care or in transit.
